Konica Minolta Extends its Workplace of the Future™ Portfolio with the Introduction of Teem - a Workplace Optimization Solution

(Konica Minolta), a leader in smart workplace management technology, today announced that it will partner to launch the Teem platform for their Workplace of the Future™ Portfolio, a cloud-based meeting tools and analytics solution that helps companies collaborate more effectively to create workplaces where people, places and technology work together seamlessly. Utilizing its core technology to enhance its solution portfolio, Konica Minolta continues to reshape the Workplace of the Future by showing clients what the future of office automation can look like.

This platform provides employee-focused meeting tools and activity-driven insights, including eye-catching conference room displays and detailed space use analytics that drive better decisions on space and facilities utilization. By syncing with employee calendars, Teem automatically detects room occupancy and gathers analytics on how rooms are actually used. Any changes in room availability are immediately reflected, avoiding conflicts. An easy-to-use online dashboard allows for simple and secure remote management of all devices running Teem.

Konica Minolta will offer Teem’s platform through its direct sales channel and its nationwide dealer sales channel.
